This Picture says it All 3 Or if you like Three Prawns in what was Described as a Seafood plate followed by the worse Steamed bowl of Rice Sums up what A place to be Avoided. Honest John The Wandering Wallsgrove.
Great food with wonderful flavors! Fun Thai teas.
Great food and service
Delicious. Best Tom Yum!
One of our favorite thai restaurants in Fairbanks
Really lovely place, good for groups. The food was amazing, and fairly priced. The staff were also very lovely.
Incredible Thai food and service that can’t be beat. Highly recommend.
Has the best food in the world. I recommend you eat the pineapple fried rice. It is very delicious.
Love the foods. Highly recommend pad thai
Food service and atmosphere are good
Food was reasonable and extreme tasty
Excellent Thai food, especially wonderful curries. Cooked fresh with quality ingredients and cooked perfectly. Excellent service. Worth the price.
The foods taste good. Happy to have some good Asian food after weeks American cuisine.
Quality Thai food with great service. The restaurant has an amazing selection and the portions are very large (family style).
Curry good, Pad Thai ok. Service good. Will not go there anymore.
Quick service and large portions. If you like thai food make sure you get "Thai Hot"
A excellent choice for Thai in Fairbanks. Pad Thai is always my go to. The service is usually really good.
This is an EXCELLENT place to go - highly recommended! There a lot of Thai places in Fairbanks but with this one having having the highest star rating we choose to go here and ended up coming back because it was that good. This place is just down from the Marriott SpringHill Suites. I recommend trying the Halibut Egg-Rolls as I’ve never seen them before in the states at least for the places I have been. They are really good. Everything else was good too like the Yellow Curry🍛, Massaman, and Pad Thai. Take a look at my pictures.
Good service, they accommodated our group with short notice, the wait staff was attentive and helpful. Food was quick, hot, and good. Highly recommend their teas.
Fresh spring rolls, avocado green curry, massaman curry, and beef — all EXCELLENT!
The food and service here it's always wonderful. And there are nice windows to watch the passing scene. A lovely place.
Kisannee was great loved the food
Recommended by several travelers. We tried the restaurant and we were not disappointed by the service or the quality of the meals. The atmosphere was good and nicely decorated for a fine dinner. From the outside one cannot see how well it is inside. Suggest that one should walk in and take a view.Cost was a bit high. But one has to consider it was peak season and we where in Alaska.Parking is available nearby and easy to locate.
We went here for lunch and it was really good. We are super spoiled where we live, we have alot of Thai restaurants so I was pleasantly surprised when we stopped for lunch. Service was quick and food was hot with just the right amount of spice. If I am ever in Fairbanks again, I will definitely go back. I highly recommend.
Bahn Thai is probably the best Thai restaurant in Fairbanks. The food is simply amazing and the service is exemplary.
Very good Thai 🇹🇭 food.
Authentic Thai cuisine. Good service. Large portions
The service was really slow but food was good!
What a wonderful thai restaurant. I never would have suspected all the good Thai food in Alaska is hiding away in the interior.I came here after a day working in North Pole. The restaurant was supposed to open at 4, but there was a closed until 5 sign on the door. Once 5 approached the restaurant staff arrived and I was quickly seated by the window.I decided to start with the chicken satay, the satay sauce was chunky but absolutely delicious. For my main course I had chicken pad soi sian, which was absolutely delicious. It was very similar to my favorite dish on Seattle called pad woon sen, this dish features the same wonderful silver noodles. The sauce for the dish is a little heavier, but still delicious. I was slightly worried when the waitress told me that the minimum heat I could get would be "medium" however this medium is just like the two stars I would have elsewhere.Next time I have a hankering for Thai food and I am in Fairbanks, I am totally coming here.
Food was excellent as well as the service. Had the avocado green curry dish- delicious!
Great Thai place in Fairbanks. The mixed salad was definitely great. The restaurant also looks nice inside. Worth the price!
Good food and especially the coconut broth. Hello Salmon is ok, the salmon is not as fresh as we would expect.
I was pleasantly surprised to see the traditional interior of this restaurant. The ambience is so beautiful and well kept. The food is good too, my personal favourite being the deep-fried shrimp. A must visit in fair banks. :)
Really good food for Fairbanks!!. I will be going back for more.
The food was good. But the service was horrible. Took forever for them to take are order, and fill are drinks, and are waiter disappeared.
Service was very fast and friendly . Food was delicious portions were very large, almost too lsfge and I hated to waste it but I was heading out of town and could not take it with me. Would love to see smaller portions with reduced price.
Excellent service, food was good, prices were reasonable. We had a great experience, highly recommend.
Good service and food quality, environment is comfortable, price is reasonable. Foods kept traditional Thai style, recommended.
Great place for pho and fried rice.
Pontoon soup was pretty good, a bit heavy on the onion otherwise would've been 5-stars
BEST in town. Love the atmosphere, food is the best, friendly staff. 💯
Great atmosphere, large dining area - food was fantastic. We had Drunken Noodle and Green Curry with Chicken. Plenty of space for children to come along. Parking is a little tricky but very worth it! My new favorite spot.
A little over priced around $14.00-$20.00 a plate.. foods good but portions are small. Great atmosphere and good customer service.
A very satisfying experience. The food came out decently fast and the waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable about the ingredients of the foods. The food itself is delicious and not too oily so if you have a sensitive stomach, this place should be fine. Would highly recommend if you are in the area.
Love the curry***** and their Tom Yum*****However, the oil they use in frying overpowers the taste of the other ingredients. So the Pad Thai simply taste like cheap Chinese food cooked in burned oil.I'm not an expert cook, but I've eaten Pad Thai in Korat, Bangkok, and other small villages in Thailand. Those versions all had a rich, nutty, fresh taste that I'll apparently always remember (that was 31 years ago). I'm sure the difference is in the quantity and type of oil used. Luckily, my wife uses peanut oil sparingly and it's as close as I can remember. I sure hope one day, the owner of Bhan Thai tries peanut oil or the type of oil used in Thailand 30 years ago sparingly. If they try this, I imagine even at -40 a line would form out the door.
Great Thai flavors! The silver noodle salad "Yum Woon Sen" is a must try.
Red curry was amazing. Thai hot is really spicy and it felt really good on a cold snowy day.
